Who is Niko?
Niko made an immediate impact on the whole community with his positivity and determination.
Niko was larger than life - not only physically standing at 6’5”, but also with his gigantic heart and naturally enormous sense of humor. He always thought of others before himself and was a friend to all he met. Niko was very athletic and always active. He had a strong arm for baseball and could shoot the lights out in basketball. Niko also loved spending time with family and friends.
Niko was diagnosed with a rare life-threatening heart condition in November of 2022, but he continued to live without fear and with determination, humor, love and faith in our Lord.
Niko tenaciously worked to stay active and get back to playing competitive sports.
Niko's Legacy
Inspired by Niko's grit and spirit of kindness, fun and competitiveness, we determinedly work to positively help as many young athletes as possible play their games.
